How it works

Consumers sign-up to the loyalty program via a paper, web or e-mail, and receive their card by email or to their phone. Just by passing their loyalty card barcode in front of the Codilink Reader they add or redeem points, can check their balance or initiate any other conversation with the brand.

The system also allows complementary actions to be taken, such as sending an SMS or e-mail alert when a certain number of points have been reached, or if new promotions are available.
